Our Red Vulcanized Fiber Sheet is a dense, cellulose-based insulating material made from high-quality cotton fibers through a controlled vulcanization process. It provides excellent mechanical strength, electrical insulation, and impact resistance without resins or adhesives. Thanks to its toughness and easy machinability, red vulcanized fiber is ideal for die-cut insulation washers, gaskets, spacers, and mechanical components. We offer custom die cutting, stamping, slitting, and CNC fabrication with fast turnaround for industrial applications. Compared with barley paper, red vulcanized fiber delivers higher rigidity and structural strength, while barley paper is more flexible for winding insulation. Red vulcanized fiber is widely used as a rigid alternative when better mechanical support and durability are required.
