Available in thicknesses ranging from 0.063 to 0.500 inches, it offers excellent compression recovery and low stress relaxation, helping reduce maintenance costs caused by gasket failure, compression set, and material softening.
Its extra softness allows designers to achieve reliable sealing with lower compression force while maintaining effective environmental protection. Bisco HT-870 silicone foam also provides cushioning and vibration isolation for electronic components, protecting them from shock, vibration, and thermal stress.
For easy installation, it is commonly laminated with adhesive tape on one or both sides, making it suitable for various enclosure sealing and electronic protection applications.
