Nomex 410 is the most classical and widely application electrical insulation material among the Nomex family. Nomex 410 is a unique aramid enhanced cellulose material, and composed of high quality electrical grade cellulose pulp. It’s available in 11 thicknesses ranging from 0.05 mm to 0.76 mm (2 mil to 30 mil).
With high inherent dielectric strength, mechanical toughness, flexibility and resilience and long term working temperature at 220℃, Nomex 410 can be applied in most of electrical industries insulation, such as transformer insulation, large power, medium voltage and high voltage industry insulation, motors insulation, battery insulation, power switch insulation, etc,. Nomex 410 is usually in roll size, but GBS is able to offer both small roll size and custom shapes and sizes as per different requests.
