Our Red Vulcanized Fiber Sheet is a dense, cellulose-based insulating material made from high-quality cotton fibers through a controlled vulcanization process. It combines excellent mechanical strength, good electrical insulation, and impact resistance without the use of resins or adhesives. Known for its toughness, dimensional stability, and easy machinability, red vulcanized fiber is widely used in electrical, mechanical, and industrial applications where durability and insulation performance are required. Barley paper is often compared with red vulcanized fiber. Both are cellulose-based insulating papers, but red vulcanized fiber offers higher rigidity and strength, while barley paper is more flexible and suited for interlayer insulation and tight winding.
