Rogers Poron Series
Rogers Poron Polyurethanes PU foam materials are series of most widely application in industry manufacturing. It features great excellent compression set resistance, good chemical resistance and durability. Poron can be used as gasket design, sealing, cushioning, gap filling or vibration management function in various industries. Poron series materials are low-outgassing, non-fogging, non-corrosive and will not become brittle and crumble, and very easy to fabricate. Generally, it can be laminated with 3M adhesive like 3M467/468MP or 3M9495LE and die cut into custom parts for designer’s easy operation.
It is very soft series is applied to sealing and anti shocked industry products processing.
It is applied to high energy shock absorption such as cushioning and utensil foot pad
It is mainly used to protect battery, LCD Screen, electronic components, etc, mainly as a cushioning material for electronic screen.
