Polyurethanes foam material is a type of microcellular foam material, which is specially designed as sealing, cushioning, gap filling and gasket parts for various industry applications. It’s soft, easily compressed, and excellent durability for long term use. The density is available from 240KG to 520KG/m^3 for choice and thickness ranges from 0.2mm to 12.7mm. It’s usually supported with 2mil polyester film and laminated with 3M adhesive tape like 3M467 and die cut into custom parts for designer’s easy operation.
