Rogers Poron 4701-60 is a type of very firm PU foam material with excellent compression set resistance, ensuring long-term consistency in gap filling, gasketing and sealing applications. The thickness ranges from 0.031″ to 0.25″ (0.79 mm to 6.35 mm), and density is available of 240, 320 and 400 kg/m3 (15,20 or 25lb/ft3). It has excellent compression set resistance and energy management features, and can be used for various applications when under extremely environment including heat, vibration,dust, dirt and shock. This material can be laminated with 3M adhesive tapes like 3M 467, 3M9495LE and die cut into custom shapes and sizes for easy application.
