Our Magnetic Shielding Nanocrystalline Sheets are thin and flexible magnetic materials, also available with PET film and adhesive backing. The standard nanocrystalline layer thickness is 0.02 mm, and options include two-layer, three-layer, and five-layer configurations, with custom sizes, thicknesses, shapes and colors available upon request. Compared to traditional ferrite sheets, nanocrystalline sheets offer higher magnetic permeability, a thinner and lighter design, lower energy loss, higher temperature resistance (-40°C to 125°C), and superior electromagnetic shielding performance, making them an increasingly popular choice to replace ferrite sheets in wireless charging applications.
