F Class Epoxy Prepreg DMD Material for Dry-type Transformer Insulation

Our F Class Epoxy Prepreg DMD is made by impregnating polyester film and polyester fiber non-woven fabric (DMD) with heat-resistant modified epoxy resin, followed by baking. It can be further cured during use and is a reliable thermally adhesive material with a heat resistance rating of F-grade (155°C). This Dry-type Transformer Insulation material combines the excellent electrical properties of polyester film with the mechanical strength of polyester fiber non-woven fabric, while the epoxy resin impregnation provides good heat resistance and insulation properties. It is widely used in F-grade dry-type transformer coil interlayer insulation, end-sealing insulation, motor coil insulation, and wound laminated tubes, among other applications.
