F Class Electrical Insulation Diamond Dotted DMD Paper for Transformer&Motor

Our Diamond-Dotted DMD Paper (also known as Diamond-Dotted DMD Insulation Paper) is composed of polyester film and polyester fiber non-woven fabric, bonded with F-grade heat-resistant adhesive (continuous operating temperature up to 155°C). Its surface is coated with diamond-patterned specially modified epoxy resin and undergoes B-stage curing, providing excellent mechanical strength, dielectric properties, adhesion, and heat resistance. Available in thicknesses of 0.10mm, 0.16mm, 0.20mm, 0.25mm, 0.40mm, and 0.50mm, it comes in standard widths of 1000±2mm, 25±2mm, and 50±2mm. This material is primarily used for layer insulation, turn insulation, and end insulation in oil-immersed high-overload transformers, as well as for wrapping copper and aluminum flat wires, ensuring long-term stable performance.
