Our Polypropylene Sheet Material is a type of halogen free flame retardant electrical insulation material, and it’s equivalent to ITW Formex brand. Our material has more thickness options, which ranges from 0.3mm to 3mm. It has good performance of anti acid, flame resistance and also excellent shock strength, durability and dielectric breakdown voltage, and widely used as insulation sheet for electronic equipment such as the insulation pad of lithium battery, mechanical panel, insulating sheet for automobile and heating division pad for air condition, etc.
We can provide materials in rolls or sheets, and also be able to die cut as different shape for easy application.
Basic Specification of Polypropylene Sheet Material
Economical Solution: PP is similar to Polyethylene (PE), but a harder compound with much more competitive price. Widely used as insulation sheet for electronic equipment such as the insulation pad of lithium battery, mechanical panel, insulating sheet for automobile and heating division pad for air condition, etc.
