Our Aluminum Foil Mylar Tape is made from an aluminum foil laminated PET film as the carrier, coated with acrylic adhesive, and finished with an white release liner. Typically, aluminum foils of 7μm and 9μm thickness are used, though 4μm foils are becoming more common. This tape is easily die-cut to meet your specific needs. This tape offers excellent heat resistance, insulation, flame retardance, wrinkle resistance, tear resistance, and stable performance. It is especially suited for conductive and shielding applications on challenging-to-bond surfaces. Ideal for electromagnetic shielding in electronic devices, it can be used in PADs, PDPs, LCD displays, laptops, copiers, mobile phones, cable assemblies, and communication equipment.
