Bisco HT-800 is a type of Versatile and Medium Cellular Silicone Foam. The thickness is available from 0.031 to 0.500 in. It benefits with compact cell structure and has very excellent memory and low stress relaxation which reduces the maintenance costs from gasket failures caused by compression set and softening. It leads the market in sealing and protecting outdoor communication, electronics and lighting enclosures, and also provides shock reduction and vibration isolation in electronic components and transportation vehicles. HT-800 is usually applied by laminating adhesive tape on one side or two sides then die cut into custom parts for easy application.
