Rogers Poron 4701-50 is a type of firm PU foam material which is specially designed for shock absorption applications. The thickness ranges from 0.012″ to 0.500″ (0.3 mm to 12.7 mm), and density is available of 240, 320 and 400 kg/m3 (15,20 or 25lb/ft3). It has excellent compression set resistance and extremely long term durability even when exposed to long periods of fluctuating temperatures, and the operation temperature resists from -40℃ to 121℃. It can be laminated with 3M adhesive tapes like 3M 467, 3M9495LE and die cut into custom shapes or sizes for some easy application.
