Our Lithium Battery Terminal Tape uses BOPP film as the base material and is coated with a special acrylic glue designed to withstand lithium battery electrolyte. The thickness of lithium battery termination tape is usually between 0.016mm and 0.05mm, and common colors include dark green, grass green, emerald green, dark green, blue and yellow. The total thickness of the tape is 0.03mm, has passed SGS testing and meets ROHS standards, and can withstand high temperatures up to 100°C. The tape has excellent electrolyte resistance, high tensile strength and good adhesion, and is silent and leaves no residual when it is removed. It is widely used in the production process of lithium batteries, especially for insulation protection and fixation of battery cell termination and other parts, and is also particularly suitable for cylindrical objects.
