DMD Electrical Insulation Paper is made of three layers: two strong polyester films bonded with a high-temperature adhesive to a soft, non-woven polyester fabric. This design gives it good mechanical strength and electrical insulation, while also allowing it to be soaked with insulating varnishes. We offer both Class B and Class F DMD insulation paper. Class B is safe for temperatures up to 130°C, and Class F can handle up to 155°C. In the Chinese market, Class B DMD paper is usually white, and Class F comes in colors like blue, pink, or green. We provide these flexible laminates paper in rolls, sheets, and strips. DMD insulation paper is commonly used in Y-series motors, serving as insulation for slots, layers, linings, cores, and transformers in small and medium-sized motors.
