Rogers Bisco BF-1000 is a type of flame resistant extra soft cellular silicone foam material. The thickness ranges from 0.063 to 1.0 inch. It features excellent memory and low stress relaxation, which can reduce the maintenance cost from gasket failures caused by compression set and softening. Its extra softness allows designers to use less force to seal enclosures while protecting devices from the environment. BF-1000 silicone foam provides superior cushioning and vibration isolation in electronic components as well as automotive industry.
