Yellow&White Temporary Reflective Pavement Marking Tape For Safety Warning

Our Temporary Reflective Pavement Marking Tape uses rubber as the base material and is pre-molded through a special process, making it a new type of road traffic marking material. Its surface features unique raised units combined with adhesive coatings, providing a high refractive index reflective effect. This tape offers excellent wear resistance, reflectivity, weather resistance, and waterproofing, with outstanding traffic control capabilities. When vehicles drive over the tape, it creates a rhythmic vibration sensation while increasing friction to prevent veering. It is especially suitable for cement, asphalt, and highways, serving as traffic markings such as lane arrows.

Yellow&White Temporary Reflective Pavement Marking Tape For Safety Warning

Features & Benefits:

1. Reflectivity: The tape surface is coated with high refractive index reflective elements, offering excellent reflectivity. It can reflect light in low-light or nighttime conditions, alerting drivers to road conditions ahead.

2. Oscillation Sensation: The tape surface features raised elements that create a distinct rhythmic vibration as vehicles pass over them, further reminding drivers to slow down.

3. Weather Resistance: Made with high-quality bonding coatings and weather-resistant adhesives, the tape ensures exceptional weather resistance, adapting to various harsh weather conditions for long-lasting performance.

4. Ease of Installation: With a pre-formed design, the tape can be directly applied to the road surface, making installation quick and easy, significantly reducing construction time.

Application:

* Lane Edge Lines: Used to mark the boundary of lanes and remind drivers not to cross the lines.

* Traffic Warning Before Entering Densely Populated Urban Areas: Provides advance warning to drivers to be aware of road conditions ahead and slow down.

* Locations such as Residential Areas, Docks, Airports, Toll Stations, Parking Lots: Used to mark parking spaces and pathways, enhancing traffic safety.

* Low-Speed Zones within Factory Areas: Used to guide vehicles to travel at low speeds, preventing collision accidents.

* Lane Edge Lines in Road Tunnels: Marks the lane boundaries inside tunnels, helping to keep drivers alert.

* Road Speed Reduction Markings: Alerts drivers to slow down in areas such as school zones, curves, and other critical sections.

Construction Conditions:

1. The air temperature must be above 15°C, and the surface temperature must exceed 21°C.

2. Before application, the nighttime temperature must remain above 4°C.

3. The road surface must be dry, with no rainfall within 24 hours prior to application. If a high-pressure water jet is used for cleaning, ensure a drying period of more than 24 hours.

4. The road surface must be clean and free of oil, grease, salt, dust, loose particles, sand, or other contaminants.

5. Pavement tape should not be applied to joints, cracks, or other poor surfaces.

6. Tape joints must be butted and not overlapped.

7. Before installation, the tape must be stored in an environment between 15°C and 27°C for at least 24 hours to ensure optimal adhesive condition.
