3M 2517 Flatback Masking Tape is specifically designed to be a strong, reliable tape for meeting the everyday demands of most web processing and splicing applications. The rubber adhesive ensures an immediate tack to a wide range of substrates, including steel, providing strong holding power with easy removal. This tape is suitable for machine dispensing and performs well in moist environments and bake cycles up to 300°F (149°C) for up to 30 minutes. Also, 3m 2517 can be certified to meet ASTM-D6123 type II, ASTM D3359, FED-STD-141.
