Flame Retardant Materials Provide Superior Electric Surge Shielding
ITW Formex Material is well known for providing high voltage electrical insulation.
The Formex polypropylene materials are mainly including GK series, GL Series and GS Series. With UL 94V-0 Flame Class Rating, Formex materials features extremely excellent properties of high voltage electrical insulation, superior electrical dielectric strength, good chemical resistance and high temperature resistance. The materials are available as sheets and rolls or can be die cut into various custom shapes to meet the flammability and dielectric needs of a variety of applications, like EV battery packs, power supplies, transformers and other industrial or consumer electronic equipment.
